There is a £9.99 set up fee for this service; we will spend around 20 to 30 minutes taking a detailed profile of your lifestyle so that we understand your routine. We can specify together when you would like us to call and include some of the things you would like us to talk about regularly. During our call we may talk to you aboutHow your night was, did you sleep well and were you up in the nightHow are you feeling physically; do you have any pain, are you cold, have you eatenHow are you emotionally; are you cheerful or a little down, do you feel like a long chat or are you too busy todayAre you eating well and do you have shopping inSometimes all you may need is a little reassurance, knowing that someone is checking in on you. Our Wellbeing conversations are ideal if you have just changed medication, or come out of hospital, we can monitor and record how you are feeling on the medication and alert your personal stakeholders if its affecting you negatively in anyway, side effect symptoms can be reported to your family or GP; low mood, confusion, or any events etc, all conversations are recorded so you have that peace of mind too.
